How to Set Up IPTV on Windows PC Canada

Apollo Group TV runs on Windows through any player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U. IPTV Smarters Pro is the full-featured option, with a channel grid, a seven-day EPG and catch-up; VLC Media Player is free and needs no setup beyond pasting your M3U URL, but has no guide. Both use the same credentials sent after purchase. This guide covers installing each, entering your details, loading the EPG, and fixing playback stutter on Windows.

Method 1: IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows (Recommended)

1Download IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows from the Microsoft Store or the official website.
2Install and open the application.
3Click Add User → Login with Xtream Codes API.
4Enter your ApolloGroupTV Server URL, Username, and Password.
5Click Login — all channels, VOD, and EPG load automatically.
6Use the Live TV section for channels and VOD for movies and series.

Method 2: VLC Media Player (Free, No Account Needed)

1Download VLC from videolan.org and install it.
2Open VLC and click Media in the top menu.
3Select Open Network Stream (or press Ctrl+N).
4Paste your ApolloGroupTV M3U URL into the network URL field (request your M3U URL via WhatsApp).
5Click Play — your channels will start streaming immediately.

💡 VLC has no EPG (TV guide) but is completely free and works on any Windows version.
