You must NOT: • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service • Share your login credentials with persons outside your household • Use the service for commercial purposes (e.g. in a pub, hotel, or business) • Attempt to circumvent technical protection measures • Use the service to reproduce or publicly display copyrighted content • Use automated tools or bots to access the service • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract content streams
4. Account Sharing
Each subscription is limited to one simultaneous stream unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan. Accounts found sharing access externally will be terminated immediately without refund. We monitor concurrent connections and unusual access patterns.
5. Commercial Use
Using ApolloGroupTV in any commercial setting — including but not limited to pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, or offices — is strictly prohibited under our personal-use license. Commercial licences are available on request; contact us via WhatsApp.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds under our Refund Policy.
