How to Set Up IPTV on Kodi Canada

Note: Kodi plays IPTV through the PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on, which takes an M3U playlist URL and an XMLTV guide URL rather than Xtream Codes credentials directly. Setup means enabling the add-on, pasting both URLs and restarting Kodi before any channels appear, so it is more involved than TiviMate or IPTV Smarters. This guide covers the full configuration on Windows, Android and Firestick. If you are new to IPTV, TiviMate on Firestick is simpler.

Setting Up IPTV on Kodi with PVR IPTV Simple Client

1Open Kodi and go to Settings (gear icon) → Add-ons.
2Select Install from Repository → Kodi Add-on Repository.
3Navigate to PVR Clients → PVR IPTV Simple Client → Install.
4After installation, go to Settings → PVR and Live TV → PVR IPTV Simple Client → Configure.
5In the M3U Playlist URL field, paste your ApolloGroupTV M3U URL (request via WhatsApp).
6In the EPG URL field, enter your ApolloGroupTV EPG URL for the Canadian TV guide.
7Click OK and restart Kodi.
8After restart, go to TV in the main menu — your channels will be loaded.
