4. Counter-Notice Procedure

Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location. 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. 4. Your name, address, and telephone number. 5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringers
ApolloGroupTV maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users found to be repeatedly or willfully infringing copyright will have their accounts terminated immediately without refund.
