MAG boxes do not use an app the way Firestick or Android TV do. They run a Stalker Portal, so setup means entering your ApolloGroupTV portal URL in the box settings and registering the device MAC address first. Once the portal is saved and the box reboots, the full channel list loads automatically with the EPG. MAG Box Troubleshooting
❓ Portal URL not working
Ensure you copied the full URL exactly as provided. No spaces before or after the URL.
❓ MAC address needed
Some providers need your MAG box MAC address to activate. Find it in Settings → System Information → MAC address.
❓ Channels not loading after reboot
Try a factory reset: Settings → System Settings → Factory Reset, then re-enter the portal URL.
