After activating your subscription or free trial, your credentials are sent via WhatsApp. They look like:

Username: your_username

Password: your_password

How Do You Get Xtream Codes Details From an Xtream IPTV Playlist Link?

Read them straight off the link. A playlist link from an Xtream Codes panel usually carries all three details in plain text, in this shape:

  • ▸Server URL: everything before /get.php, so http://example-host:8080. Keep the port.
  • ▸Username: the text after username=, up to the &.
  • ▸Password: the text after password=, up to the next &.

Three typing mistakes cause most failed logins:

  • ▸Pasting the whole playlist link into the server field instead of only the host and port.
  • ▸Adding a trailing slash, or changing http to https when the server was given as plain http.
  • ▸Confusing look-alike characters on a TV keyboard, such as a lower-case l and the number 1, or O and 0. Credentials are case-sensitive.

Xtream Codes Troubleshooting

❓ Login failed / Wrong credentials

Double check your Server URL includes the full path with port (e.g., :8080 or :80). Copy-paste from your WhatsApp message to avoid typos. Contact support if credentials don't work.

❓ Server URL not accepted

Some apps require the URL without 'http://' — try removing the prefix. Others require just the domain without the port. Try both formats as provided by Apollo Group TV support.

❓ Channels loading but no EPG

EPG data can take several minutes to load on first setup. In TiviMate, go to Settings → EPG and tap 'Reload EPG'. In IPTV Smarters, pull down to refresh on the channel list.

❓ Only some channels loading

Refresh the playlist in the app first. If channels are still missing, message Apollo Group TV support on WhatsApp with the category names so they can check the line.

❓ Credentials work on one device but not another

Your plan sets how many devices can play at once (1 to 4). If the limit is reached, stop the stream on another device; if nothing else is playing, re-enter the details on the second device.
